A priceless medieval history book, printed and signed by William Caxton, is to be made available to the public after being locked in a town council's safe for 83 years. The Polychronicon, one of the first books to be printed in England and in mint condition, is being given to the Canterbury Cathedral library on permanent loan - Telegraph
